Where does COSRX come from?

COSRX is a South Korean skincare brand. The range includes cleansing and moisturizing skincare as well as targeted active ingredient products.

When to use COSRX products?

This depends on the type of product: Cleansing is washed off, essence and serum come before the cream. Peels and retinol products require their own frequency of use; the brand name does not determine a uniform order.

Where can I buy COSRX?

Is COSRX good?

The brand offers many different formulations. A gel cleanser solves a different task than a vitamin C serum. Therefore, choose according to skincare needs and tolerability, instead of classifying the entire brand as suitable or unsuitable.

Are COSRX snail products vegan?

No. The Snail range contains snail secretion filtrate and therefore an animal ingredient. This is a different question than the one about animal testing; An animal-friendly production process does not make the formula vegan.

Which COSRX products are suitable for getting started?

A suitable cleanser or moisturizer is a clear start. The Snail Essence complements an existing routine; A peeling or high-dose serum is not a necessary first step.

How does COSRX obtain snail secretion?

According to COSRX, the secretion is collected under controlled conditions; the animals would not be injured. This description comes from the manufacturer. It is not an independent audit of the entire supply chain.

Is COSRX safe for all skin?

There is no guarantee of compatibility with all skin types. Pay attention to known allergies and introduce new products individually. The Snail range is also not a suitable choice if you have an intolerance to its ingredients.

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
